Where can I get the CrystalReports.msi installer file for Crystal Reports 11 Release 2? Without this file I am unable to use data access sources such as JDBC, ODBC and Oracle.

The Crystal Report Viewer is unable to create its resource objects
I am having issues with Windows 7 64-bit clients running Internet Explorer 11 32-bit loading the Active X component. The automated method is not installing at all. I had to manually install the components by extracting them from he CAB file off the web site, then registering the DLLs. The Active X component shows up in the Add-Ons for the web browser but I still get the error "The Crystal Report Viewer is unable to create its resource objects".

I have apps running vb 6 sp 6 cr 8.5 ; I am migrating this to CR XI R2 SP6 with windows 7 Home premium 64 bits at the time of the first vb compilation I got crpttoprinter variable not defined, I suppose something is missing in references / components for my vb project.
I will appreciate alot your help

Crystal Report Viewer Windows 7 64-bit
Dear experts,
Our Add-On is developed in VB6, and we have our standard reports designed with Crystal Reports 2008. We ship our application with Crystal runtimes of same version.
The problem is, on some Windows 7 64-bit systems, when the user runs the reports, then the viewer launches minimized on the task bar and the user cannot preview the reports.
Does anyone know why this happens ?

Crystal Report loads slow with Classic ASP
Hello Experts,
I have many years of experience on Crystal Reports Designer and Sever, but not with the SDK components.
Our client uses very old version of "Crystal Reports XI" (I know the support is ended) on the application that was built in classic ASP.
Environment: Microsoft 2003 server, Crystal Reports XI, SQL Server 2003, Classic ASP
Now, we have migrated the application to a new server. For that I have upgraded the reports to "Crystal Reports XI R2A", The classic ASP application was not upgraded. We have moved it as it is.
New Environment: Microsoft 2008 Server, Crystal Reports XI R2A, Classic ASP
On the new server, the reports are running fine. But the issue is with the performance. When we click on a report from the application, the first page of the report comes instantly and then the progress bar of the report runs for some time, till then the group values are not getting loaded, and the navigation is unresponsive. When the progress bar stops, then we are able to navigate to the groups. Screenshot attached.
I have checked the designer and database, the query fires instantly and getting data.
Can anyone help me, what would be the problem for the slow loading of the report?

Change Database location from VB6
I developed my application in VB6 and Crystal Report XI ver11, using the RCD commands. Everyting is worken so far, except that the costumer want to change the database location on a future date. I made the VB program so the database location can be selected, but I have problem sending the new database location to the report.
I looked at some examples on page 209 in the "Techref.pdf" document that came with the XI CD, but I can't get anything to work.....
Any help would be apreciated.

RDC and Windows Server 7
Hi!
We have a classic ASP solution where we are using RDC to show "crystal report" reports on the net. This has been working for year now without any problems! The webservers have been mostly windows Server 2003, but also recently Windows Server 2008.
Now there is another operation system out there, namely WINDOWS 7, but here the crystal report viewer just shows the viewer, but without any report result. Exporting from the code to for instance PDF, Word, Excel it works fine.
The viewer work fine on Windows Server 2008, which i presume has many similarities to Windows 7.
The viewer is a active x control. Does anyone know what to do, because i assume that this maybe is a security issue....

Crystal Report Server XI Setup - Product Keycode not valid
I have a Crystal Reports Developer CD which came with Crystal Reports Server XI. I am trying to install this software on a new 2k3 server I just setup however, the key code which is listed on the CD cover is returning as invalid when trying to run setup for the software. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for Crystal Runtime 11.5
I apologize if this is not the right forum but I could not find anything in the forums on Report Viewer or Crystal Runtime.
We are trying to locate Crystal runtime 11.5 installation files.
We don’t want the .Net version. We want what we call Com/Dcom or win32 version.

Need to download a Crystal 8.5 Hotfix

The Crpe32.dll is creating a file, Event.log, in the same directory as the application or report if any API call fails.
Resolution
This is a known issue with Crystal Reports (CR) version 8.5 and Crystal Enterprise (CE) version 8.0.2.672 and has been tracked. The Track ID is: ADAPT00012370. This issue has been assigned the Escalation ID (EID) 1906.

The SAP Patch ID for the hotfix is 34902021. Please let me know where this can be downloaded.

Crystal Reports Reditributable
Hi,
I have installed the Crystal Reports XI Developer Edition Service Pack 2 Release 2.
I need to run these reports in XP machines. For downloading the Redistributable MSI file to be installed in the XP machines I was not able to find the MSI for Crystal reports Developer edition in the following site:

In this link I could find dowload for MSI file only for the Crystal XI only for the .Net version of the Crystal reports. Could you please let me know the site from which I can download the redstributable for the Developer edition 11.5.8 ?

COM interface to Crystal?
Hi, I'm a bit of a beginner at this so please excuse any simple minded questions!
I currently have a 32-bit program which runs and prints some Crystal reports and references the classes 'CrystalRuntime.Application.11' and 'CrystalRuntime.Report.11'. I would like to upgrade the program to 64-bit (that's easy!) and the latest version of Crystal (version 13?).
so:
1. Does the latest version have a COM interface like version 11?
2. If so, what are the classes that correspond to the above called?
3. Also if so, do I need to do anything special to get the 64-bit versions of the classes?
4. Also if so, what software do I need to get from SAP to be able to develop and test this upgrade?

Where is crviewer.dll 11.5
I am installing Crystal Reports XI R2 and cannot find where is crviewer.dll 11.5
What I found is that: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\2.7\Bin\ has crviewer.dll 10.2
Why is Crystal Reports XI R2 did not install crviewer.dll 11.5?
